Flat Refurbishment using EGGER Pro Laminate Flooring

A recent refurbishment at a flat in Burscough, saw our clients replace the carpet, which had been laid throughout the property 15 years ago.

Although the old carpet was still in decent shape in most of the rooms, high traffic areas such as the front door and the stairs were starting to look tired and shabby and the new flooring helped to transform and modernise the interior, which all looks fantastic and the customer is delighted. 

The majority of the property, including the living room, two bedrooms, home office, hall and landing, was done using EGGER PRO Dark Lasken Oak laminate flooring, then the bathroom, kitchen and downstairs toilet in EGGER PRO Aqua Plus Grey Karnak Granite laminate flooring.

The look was finished off using Sivas Pewter carpet for the stairs and a built-in coir matting at the front door, which not only looks great, but it’s practical too.

EGGER Group PRO Dark Lasken Oak is high-quality, on-trend and ecological. The dark grey tone of the oak look, with many knots and an obvious woodgrain, appears very rustic and gives the floor a vintage character.

EGGER PRO Aqua Plus Grey Karnak Granite laminate flooring is high-quality, moisture-resistant and ecological. An authentic laminate decor in stone look.

The moisture-resistant Aqua+ laminate flooring combines hygiene with comfort and is ideally suited for bathrooms, entrance areas or kitchens. The large floorboard format “Kingsize” is ideal for large rooms and the milled bevels on the floorboards authentically highlight the tile appearance.
